Our Empower Programme consists of two initiatives: Navigate and Enable (Skill Empowerment). Both projects address the challenges that hinder young people from securing and maintaining stable employment, thereby reducing the risk of drug use and abuse. Our goal is to transition young people into employment, education, or training by providing them with the necessary tools for success and helping them develop essential job skills.
